Building the WebCD Viewer Image

The Build Wizard is the best way to build your project for the first time. For second and subsequent builds, see Subsequent Builds. The Build Wizard guides you through the steps to create a new WebCD project.

1 Select Build Wizard from the Build menu or click on the Build Wizard button on the toolbar.
2 Follow the Build Wizard screens through the following actions:

Selecting where to write the WebCD image
(Build Wizard Destination Dialog)
Choosing whether to retrieve before building or not
(Build Wizard Retrieval Options Dialog)
Choosing whether to create a search index or not
(Build Wizard Text Searching Options Dialog)
Setting the title users will see in the WebCD Viewer
(Build Wizard Set Title and Version Dialog
Selecting Helper Applications to be included on the WebCD
(Build Wizard Helper Applications Dialog)
Choosing a distribution license.

Press F1 or click the Help button on any dialog for help in completing it.
3 Click the Build button on the final dialog to build the WebCD Viewer image for this project.
